Being new to the Dallas area, I received a recommendation to Dennis Road Automotive from Jesus of America Tire Company.  In contact with the manager, James Craig of Dennis Road Automotive via phone and explaining what repair was needed, he provided me a detailed expense and placed an order for the part which was required for the repair.   Upon taking my car in for the repair, I was politely and professionally greeted by James and his staff.  Once the repair was completed early the following day, I was pleasantly informed that the actual repair required two hours less time for the labor and the final charge had been reduced. Wow.  What an honest and high integrity repair shop.  I plan to take all of my automotive repairs there for my two cars in the future and recommend James and his team to my son who lives locally. We have been using Dennis Road Automotive for several years. We have always found them to be honest and reliable. We have recently moved to Terrell, Tx and we still drive in to Dallas to use them. Recently my air conditioning went out in my Expedition. We dropped it off and they worked it in and had it going in two days. They made sure to replace the needed parts and checked the entire system to make sure everything else is in working order. I told them it had overheated as well. They checked the oil and told me to use a different oil that would be better for my older Expedition. I told them that I would use it next time I changed the oil. They change the oil for free to make sure it all in working order. They consistently go above and beyond "typical" service to be the best. We will keep driving an hour into Dallas to use them. -Linda T

This is my new repair shop after some of my car guy friends took me away from a dealership due to high costs for repairs.
