We own a Mazda 3 and the a/c and clutch went out at the same time, go figure. And right before Christmas! Dennis Auto was great they fixed the clutch in record time and let us know that the car a/c could wait till after the holidays. When it came time to fixing the a/c they honored the original quote from 2 months before and also fixed the a/c very quickly. I was also really impressed with their customer service. Being new to the Dallas area, I received a recommendation to Dennis Road Automotive from Jesus of America Tire Company.  In contact with the manager, James Craig of Dennis Road Automotive via phone and explaining what repair was needed, he provided me a detailed expense and placed an order for the part which was required for the repair.   Upon taking my car in for the repair, I was politely and professionally greeted by James and his staff.  Once the repair was completed early the following day, I was pleasantly informed that the actual repair required two hours less time for the labor and the final charge had been reduced. Wow.  What an honest and high integrity repair shop.  I plan to take all of my automotive repairs there for my two cars in the future and recommend James and his team to my son who lives locally.
