I am a FOREVER customer with Dennis Road Automotive. They have a gentleman named Riley working there who has the absolute BEST customer service I have ever received. He informed of everything that was going on with my car, offered me cookies and water while I waited, even worked with me on the price of repairs. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. I really felt like my car was in good hands. I am beyond satisfied with the repairs done to my car. It's driving the way it did when I first purchased it. I like that the mechanics are older gentleman because that means they have a lot of experience, which means they know their stuff. I took it to a different mechanic before I came here and had to take it back twice! Not only that, but I was also informed by Riley that they put the wrong parts on my car. I really wish I could have saved money and came to Dennis Road Automotive first, but I now know going forward that this is the place I can trust to take care of me and my car :) - Kadeidra D.
