Colton James, Nashville country music star who performed his "Brave Men" video at the JASPER plant recently paid a visit to the plant to sign CD's and talk to some of our 190 military veteran Associate-Owners that work at our facilities. It was great to see him and the newly wrapped Chevy truck he's driving with the JASPER Engines & Transmissions logo on it.

JASPER Engines proud to be part of "Brave Men" Video



Country music singer/songwriter, Colton James, has become a regular visitor at Jasper Engines & Transmissions in recent months, not only to show his support for the 190 military veteran Associate-Owners that work at our facilities, but to share information about his project Harvest 4 Heroes.

JASPER Engines celebrates 75 years re-manufacturing the best engines, transmissions, and differentials for most trucks and cars on the roads today. We care about quality and have generations working for us. This video celebrates our brave men and women working here and we were exceptionally proud to be a part of the video. Thank you to all who have served and are currently serving our country on behalf of all of us here at JASPER.

Working with our youth.

Jasper Engines & Transmissions kicked off a business simulation project with Loogootee High School (LHS) in Indiana.  Since the beginning of the program, at the start of the 2016-2017 school year, the program’s intention has been to introduce high school students to LEAN principles, and life skills, that will better prepare them for future career opportunities. The program is a partnership between JASPER, the DirectEmployers Association and Loogootee High School.

Willys-Overland-Knight visit JASPER

Nearly 160 members of the Willys-Overland-Knight Registry (WOKR) held their 56th Annual International Meet-up in Jasper, Indiana. During their June 20-23 visit, many of the members took time to tour JASPER's Wernsing Road and Power Drive facilities.

The WOKR was established to bring together people interested in the preservation of vehicles powered by "seeve-valve" engines, or the related family of Willys-Overland vehicles from 1903 to 1942. Nameplates included: Willys, Overland, Whippet, Stearns, Marion and other vehicles powered by a Knight sleeve-valve engine.
