I brought my car in for a second opinion about some work another shop said HAD to be done ASAP.  I was super impressed when one of the mechanic at Dennis Road Automotive stopped his lunch break to come over check it out my vehicle.  He showed me exactly what they were seeing and and assured me that my car was fine. They didn't come up with any work they could charge me for. They didn't even charge me for the inspection. Coming from a small town, I have always known and trusted my mechanic so I was nervous about coming to Dallas with a car that was needing work. I was referred to this auto service center and was not disappointed! They are very professional and easy to work with. The guys at Dennis Road Automotive are great! As a woman, I expected I might have some trouble with "car guys".   But not here, these gentlemen took the time to tell me about the initial costs to look over all the problems my car was having then called to tell me about what they found.  They made sure I wanted to proceed and worked with me to split up the work to fit my budget.  This was much better experience than when I took my car to the dealership to get a "looking it over" quote of $170 for just one issue. The excellent at mechanics Dennis Road Automotive diagnosed the problem, got the repair part, and replaced it for $220.
