We have been using Dennis Road Automotive for several years. We have always found them to be honest and reliable. We have recently moved to Terrell, Tx and we still drive in to Dallas to use them. Recently my air conditioning went out in my Expedition. We dropped it off and they worked it in and had it going in two days. They made sure to replace the needed parts and checked the entire system to make sure everything else is in working order. I told them it had overheated as well. They checked the oil and told me to use a different oil that would be better for my older Expedition. I told them that I would use it next time I changed the oil. They change the oil for free to make sure it all in working order. They consistently go above and beyond "typical" service to be the best. We will keep driving an hour into Dallas to use them. -Linda T

This is my new repair shop after some of my car guy friends took me away from a dealership due to high costs for repairs. My repair was half the price of the dealership and works on custom/classic cars. I think my 1999 Deville covers that area. Great people, great service at Dennis Road Automotive in Dallas Texas. I called Dennis Road Automotive on a Saturday morning eventhough Google said they were closed.  I was desperate, my son's car had just died, had to be pushed to a nearby neighborhood street.  We had no idea what was wrong with the car, it just died and right after that it started smoking. It just so happened that James answered the phone and through the phone he listened to the car and tried to help me with determining what could be wrong.  BUT, even though it was Saturday and they were closed, he got in his car and drove to where the car was stranded to give me an idea of what he thought the problem was!  I was so shocked that anyone would do that, I just couldn't believe it!  He didn't know me from Adam, and I had never even been a customer before.  The epitome of customer service.  I would overwhelmingly recommend this automotive repair shop to anyone based on their willingness to help someone in need!
